So, Sepp, Seb & co, how was 2015?

This is a busy week and we’re all under pressure, so I’ll keep it short.

I have learned three important things this year.

First, without good grammar, good clear content simply isn’t.

Second, when humans who wield great power and influence say ‘honest’, ‘trust’ and ‘value’ you know they are about to say something dishonest, in which you should place little trust and any value that derives from their subsequent actions is unlikely to land in your wheelbarrow.

Third, I wonder whether Sepp Blatter’s muse was the great comedian and actor (presently dead) George Burns?

When asked the secret of his success, Burns answered: “You’ve got to be honest. If you can fake that, you’ve got it made.”
